1. Delivery
a. We deliver using United States Postal Service. 
ALL SHIPPING IS $5.  THE COST OF INSURANCE FOR THE ITEM, IF OVER, $50.00 IS ADDITIONAL. 

2. Return Policy:

a. We have taken great effort to accurately portray our jewelry.  However, our jewelry is made of natural products that have some variation in color.  We take great pride in our products and our service. If for any reason, our product does not please you, it may be returned.  We will gladly accept returns that are free from wear and tear, scratches, marks, blemishes, sizing, or alterations.  Please post return items in their original packaging within 7 days of your receipt of the product.  Purchases that meet these criteria will be refunded in full in the original form of payment, excluding shipping, handling and additional insurance charges, if any.   Unless faulty, pierced earrings may not be returned for reasons of hygiene.  Please use a delivery system that tracks the shipment and documents receipt. 

b. Sales are not returnable unless faulty.

c. If the item is faulty or there has been an error on our part, we will refund the full cost of the product together with postage costs.  Delivery charges are not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.

d. Please contact us by e-mail for an authorization code and return address prior to shipping an item to be returned.

3. Custom Orders: We happily accept custom orders. Custom orders require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price in advance.  Please contact us to discuss design, materials and price of custom orders.  Deposits for custom orders are not refundable if customer decides to cancel the order.

4. Cancellations: You may cancel an order (other than custom orders) prior to shipment.  After shipment, you may not cancel, but may return the product according to our return policy.

5. Copyright: All photographs are the intellectual property of Forever Love Productions, Inc. and may not be used or reproduced without permission from us.

6. Disclaimer: Should there be any errors regarding pricing or the description of items listed on the website, Jewelry by Jai reserves the right to supply goods at the corrected price.  You will be notified by e-mail should such a discrepancy occur, which will allow you to reconsider your order if necessary.  Jewelry by Jai reserves the right to decline any order.  Jewelry by Jai reserves the right to change any of the product prices at any time.

7. Privacy: Jewelry by Jai respects your privacy.  We will not sell or otherwise disseminate any information about our customers to any third party.

8. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and please make payment through Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discovery credit cards.
